Q Some would argue that political behavior should be avoided in an organization. Is this realistic? Are there situations when political behavior can play a positive and legitimate role in an organization? Provide examples.
Political behavior is difficult to be avoided in an organization because of the grievances and issues of organizational members not being addressed. There can be positive as well as negative ramifications of political behavior shown in an organization (Hitt et al., 2018). Therefore, there has to be someone who would empathize with a political organizational member and find out the negative aspect of political behavior in an organization (Hitt et al., 2018).
